What tools do you use to build automations?
We primarily build on n8n (a powerful open-source automation platform) combined with Claude AI for any intelligent, language-based tasks. This keeps your costs low and your automations vendor-flexible — you're never locked into a proprietary system.
How long does it take to get started?
After our discovery call, most clients have their first automation live within two weeks. More complex builds take 3–4 weeks. We don't rush — we QA everything thoroughly before it goes near your real workflows.
What's the difference between the setup fee and the retainer?
The setup fee covers the build: scoping, designing, building, and testing your automations. The monthly retainer covers ongoing management — monitoring, fixing issues, making improvements, and adding new automations as your needs change.
Do I need to be technical to work with you?
Not at all. You know your business; we handle the technical side entirely. We just need you to walk us through your current processes and tell us what's slowing you down.
